The training program is designed for teenagers and adolescents in order to improve their overall physical and health condition, defined by insufficient movement and poor and irregular eating habits, as well as to eliminate pain in all blocked and immobilized joints as well as to reduce subcutaneous fat tissue.

It is based on aerobic exercises, targeted joint mobility exercises, and customized fitness training that boosts cognitive and repetitive strength and improve overall psychophysical condition of the trainee.
