The program "Three Steps towards Health" was created for adults of all ages, with a focus on middle aged and elderly people, whose regular physical activity is of crucial importance for the preservation of their physical and mental health. The main intention is to promote and encourage as many people as possible to perform regular physical activity, especially those whose insufficient monthly income make it impossible for them to join commercial recreational sports programs, primarily unemployed persons and retirees as well as the employed persons with low monthly income.

Within the program "Three Steps towards Health" three exercise modes are offered - Tai Chi, Nordic Walking and Les Mills Body Balance, and all participants are offered to create their own weekly training plan by combining different types of physical activities according to individual interests and needs.

In addition to these exercise modes, everyone is offered to join the regular exercise programs that Society for Sports Recreation "Sport for All" Samobor performs within its annual work program, with emphasis on corrective gymnastics exercise groups.

The objectives of the program are to promote sports recreation in Samobor, attract as many new participants as possible and to include them in sports recreational programs in Samobor, as well as to improve physical and mental health and the quality of life of all involved participants.
